At Video Aptitude, we have a passion for helping businesses properly leverage online video. We’re a full-service video strategy and production company for the web and we handle everything from casting and scripting, production logistics, editing, and complete fulfillment to provide companies with premium video content and easy-install player code. From the beginning, our vision has been to streamline the production process so companies can easily leverage stunning video assets across multiple channels.
We’ve developed efficient methodologies and have built a niche team in order to provide best of breed services to eCommerce Sites and Manufacturers. Need 30 videos? No problem. Need 10,000 product videos each month with custom series content? We are completely scaled. This is what we do and we want to be your partner in your video success.

Behind The Scenes
Leading the way for Video Aptitude are our founders, Kevin Edwards and Forest Bronzan, along with our key team leaders.
KEVIN EDWARDSFOUNDER
With a B.S. in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from San Francisco State University, Kevin has led business development and strategic planning for online companies since 2002. Starting his career in technology and then consulting for a variety international start-ups, Kevin has always had a passion for helping businesses grow through web technology.
Outside of Work: When not leading the Video Aptitude ship, Kevin enjoys exploring everything the bay area has to offer. He is an avid concert goer and music fan, motorcyclist, world traveler and writer.
FOREST BRONZANFOUNDER
With a B.S. in Marketing from San Francisco State University, Forest has been producing video for the web since 2001. He has directed national marketing initiatives at a leading digital marketing consultancy in San Diego, consulted with companies around the county on areas of marketing and web technology, and has led strategy and business development for several silicon valley start-ups. An engaging public speaker, Forest has spoken around the country on various online marketing and entrepreneurial topics.
Outside of Work: Forest is an avid poker player and traveler. He loves exploring new restaurants, volunteering, and hanging out with close friends and family.
JOHN LEESTMADIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY
As Director of Photography, John manages the production team and all technical studio logistics. A native to the bay area, he has cross-functional production experience leading corporate, commercial and film projects around the country. Combining extensive technical experience and a natural artistic eye, John produces stunning video assets for our clients.
Outside of Work: John is a true artist and appreciates foreign cinema and the eclectic culture of the bay area. He is also an avid fisherman.
FERNANDO SANTACRUZDIRECTOR OF POST PRODUCTION
A wizard of post production, Fernando leads the editing team for all projects. With 7+ years experience in non-linear editing environments, Fernando has an extensive skill set and a great creative and technical balance.
KEVIN CROUCHSENIOR EDITOR
As an editing guru, Kevin plays a key role in the post-production phase. With a focuses on post, graphic design and music composition Kevin really excels in every aspect of his craft and brings valuable experience to the team.
Outside of Work: Kevin is a technology nut. He loves trying all the new gadgets and experimenting with new video technology. He is also a huge fan of live music, getting to as many shows as possible.
ZLATICA ILINPROJECT/VSEO COORDINATOR
Zlatica earned a B.S. in Business with an emphasis on Online Commerce. Prior to working with Video Aptitude, Zlatica had worked as a Junior Marketing Specialist for a technology company and was an online marketing coordinator at a leading ski resort. Zlatica has an eye for detail and is Video Aptitude’s secret Ninja, helping the team get through tough tasks with lightening speed.
Outside of Work: In her spare time, Zlatica enjoys traveling, skiing, and learning more about online technology and marketing.
XIAOHUI WANGSTRATEGIST
Perfect SAT score? Check. Dean’s list at Duke University? Been there done that. Xiaohui, “X”, is an up and coming marketing superstar with keen analytical skills and a passion for everything ecommerce. A valuable contributor to client strategy, Xiaohui is involved with everything from strategic planning to account coordination and execution.
Outside of Work: Xiaohui trains regularly in Brazilian Jujitsu, so don’t go picking any fights.
ERIC DAVIS-HAWKINSSENIOR TECHNICAL COORDINATOR
A background in programming and design have created a versatile mix of proficiencies which Eric readily puts to work for VA's clients. A former Creative Director for a successful web design firm, holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Digital Media, Eric has an experienced eye for design and has logged hundreds of projects.
Outside of Work: When not pushing pixels, Eric can often be found playing guitar, running, or eating sushi.
DELISA WILLIAMSDESIGNER
With a B.F.A in Communication Design, Delisa brings a fresh perspective to the design table. She has worked with Apple Inc., been a Program Director/Producer at a radio station, and has worked on a variety of design projects in different mediums.
Outside of Work: Delisa loves going to concerts and hanging out with friends.
BRAD ACKERMANDESIGNER
With a background in graphic/web design, branding, business development and strategic marketing, Brad adds a versatile skill set to Video Aptitude client projects. Extensive experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Indesign, Dreamweaver and other programs allow him to meet the needs for any creative project.
Outside of Work: Brad enjoys traveling and exploring new restaurants.
